論「已說不善至謂成就現行」，明不善已，明善道意。三善業道，三界、五趣皆通現、成。

The passage of the śāstra from "The unwholesome having been explained" up to "meaning possession and current activity": having explained the unwholesome, it explains the wholesome courses of action of mind. The three wholesome courses of action extend to both current activity and possession throughout the three realms and five destinies.
