論「此各有二至為自性故」，明戒有表、無表為體。
Regarding the Śāstra's "Each of these has two kinds..." down to "...having these as its intrinsic nature": this explains that morality has informative (vijñapti) and uninformative (avijñapti) [matter] as its substance.
