論「若殺加行時至無殺加行故」，明加行時非阿羅漢，無逆罪也。
The Śāstra states: "If at the time of the preliminary effort to kill... because there is no preliminary effort to kill [an arhat]", explaining that since he was not an arhat at the time of the preliminary effort, there is no anantarya offense.
