18.55

「論曰至是五逆同類」，《正理論》云「言同類者，是相似義。」今詳相似是得罪相似，謂此五同類得罪，與所似罪輕重相似，名為同類。如次與五無間同類。「奪僧和合緣」者，謂奪僧資具等。

The commentary states: "[...] are of the same class as the five heinous [acts]." The Nyāyānusāra states: "The expression 'of the same class' has the meaning of being similar." Now, examining this: 'similarity' means similarity in the guilt incurred; that is to say, the guilt incurred from these five [actions] of the same class is similar in gravity to the transgressions they resemble, hence they are called 'of the same class'. They correspond sequentially to the five ānantaryas as their similar classes. "Robbing the conditions for the Saṃgha's concord" refers to robbing the Saṃgha's requisites and property, and so forth.
