18.60

論「如上所言住定菩薩」，已下大文第六明菩薩業。就中有四：一明住定位、二修相業、三供養佛數、四明六度滿。此一頌第一明住定位。

The Śāstra states: "As mentioned above, a bodhisattva who dwells in certitude:" The subsequent passage is the sixth major section, clarifying the bodhisattva's karma. Within it there are four parts: first, clarifying the stage of dwelling in certitude; second, cultivating the karma of the marks; third, the number of Buddhas worshipped; fourth, clarifying the fulfillment of the six pāramitās. This one stanza is the first, clarifying the stage of dwelling in certitude.
