論「雖爾遍行至應亦遍行」，經部難也。此意遍行非唯十一，亦以愛慢為遍行也。

On the Śāstra's: "Even so, the universals... should also be universals," this is an objection by the Sautrāntikas. Their intention is that the universals are not merely eleven, but that craving and arrogance should also be counted as universals.
