19.63

論「彼貪多託至立有貪名」者，釋也。於中有二：一以多於內門轉故名為有貪，二為遮彼解脫想故上二界名有。此即初也。

On the phrase where the Śāstra says, 'Because that attachment mostly relies upon [...] the name existence-attachment is established': This is the explanation. Within it are two reasons: first, because it mostly operates inwardly, it is called existence-attachment; second, to refute their idea of liberation, the upper two realms are called 'existence'. This is the first.
