論「謂此且據至阿羅漢等」，明有具緣及唯一緣亦起煩惱，然無三緣總無起煩惱也。

Regarding the treatise's statement from "This is tentatively based on" to "arhats and so forth": This explains that there are cases where all conditions are present and cases where defilements arise with only one condition; however, in the total absence of the three conditions, defilements do not arise at all.
