20.43

論「彼豈不能取果與果」，有部答也。雖無見色等用，而有取果、與果用也。

On the Śāstra's statement: "Can it not grasp the fruit and give the fruit?": this is the reply of the Sarvāstivādin. Although it lacks the activity of seeing color and so forth, it possesses the activity of grasping the fruit and giving the fruit.
