20.51

論「若許作用至有此過失」，有部救也。即是釋頌第二句「無異」二字。

On the Śāstra's statement: "If one accepts that activity […] there is this error": this is the Sarvāstivādin's defense. That is, it explains the two characters "no difference" in the second line of the verse.
