20.64

論「此復應詰至是去來性」，若三世俱有，如何可言不是現在是去、來性？經部破有部也。

The Śāstra says: "This should again be questioned... is of the nature of the past and future": if all three times exist, how can it be said that they are not present, but rather of the nature of the past and future? The Sautrāntikas refute the Sarvāstivādins.
