「論曰至亦未成就」，明不成就。有二位：一一切凡夫；二見道五心，謂從苦法忍至集法忍時不成遍知。

"The Śāstra says: [All ordinary persons do not possess any parijñā; in the path of seeing, prior to the knowledge of the Dharma of origin,] down to: also do not possess [any]." This clarifies non-possession. There are two states: first, all ordinary persons; second, the five moments of mind in the path of seeing, meaning from the patience with the Dharma of suffering up to the patience with the Dharma of origin, parijñā is not accomplished.
