21.61

論「邪見通與至罪福業故」，此釋邪見，受相應也。先造罪者，後謂無因果，心則生歡喜。先造福者，後謂無因果，心則生慼。

On the passage in the treatise, "Wrong view is common with ... karma of fault and merit": this explains the association of wrong view with feelings. If one previously created fault and later claims there is no cause and effect, the mind produces joy. If one previously created merit and later claims there is no cause and effect, the mind produces sadness.
