「論曰至令出身義」，此第一釋入出息名。先入後出者，以初生時入息先故。

On "The Śāstra says ... causing it to exit the body," this first explains the terms 'in-breath' (āśvāsa) and 'out-breath' (praśvāsa). In-breath precedes out-breath because at the moment of initial birth, the in-breath occurs first.
