22.20

論「然或有法至先後次第」，乘明四諦辨三次第。如四念住，身、受、心、法者隨起次第。如四正勝，但隨言便，起非定爾。今此四諦隨現觀位先後次第。

On the Śāstra's text, "However, there may be some dharmas... the sequence of prior and posterior": Taking the opportunity of explaining the four truths, it differentiates three kinds of sequence. Like the four smṛtyupasthānas—body, sensation, mind, and dharmas—they follow the sequence of their arising. Like the four samyakprahāṇas, they merely follow convenience of expression, their arising not being definitively so. Here, these four truths follow the sequence of prior and posterior in the stages of abhisamaya.
