論「有餘師說至方名淨」，敘異說也。前師無漏已前名轉，無漏已去名淨。後師至有煩惱得來名轉，斷煩惱得盡名淨也。

On the Śāstra's text, "Other masters say ... only then is it called purifying," this relates a divergent explanation. For the former master, prior to the uncorrupted it is called 'shifting', and from the uncorrupted onward it is called 'purifying'. For the latter master, up to the acquisition of afflictions it is called 'shifting', and when the acquisition of afflictions is completely severed it is called 'purifying'.
