22.35

論「滅道二諦物亦有殊」，出滅、道諦體。滅是擇滅無為，道是有為無漏，故物有殊。

The treatise says: "The two truths of cessation and the path also differ in their entities"—this identifies the intrinsic nature of the truths of cessation and the path. Cessation is the unconditioned of cessation through deliberation (pratisaṃkhyā-nirodha), and the path is the conditioned uncontaminated; therefore, they differ in entity.
