論「此忍善根至與前有別」，此明念住通局別也。《正理論》云「此與見道漸相似故，以見道位中唯法念住故。」

[On] the treatise's: "This root of good of Acceptance... is distinct from the preceding", this clarifies the difference regarding whether the applications of mindfulness are comprehensive or restricted. The Nyāyānusāra says: "Because this gradually resembles the path of seeing, and in the stage of the path of seeing it is exclusively the application of mindfulness on dharmas."
