論「若至忍位至得不生法故」，明至忍位得不生也。此開六章復牒釋也。
On the Śāstra's statement: "If one reaches the stage of Receptivities [...] because one attains the state of non-arising": this clarifies that upon reaching the stage of Receptivities, one attains non-arising. Here it opens six sections and then restates and explains them.
