論「即此亦說至亦名清涼」，明亦名梵輪。《正理論》云「寂默冲虛蕭然名梵，佛具此德故立梵名。既自覺悟，為令他覺，轉此授彼，故名梵輪。」

The treatise says: 'This is also spoken of, up to: it is also called cool'—this clarifies that it is also called the Brahmā-wheel (brahmacakra). The Nyāyānusāra states: 'Quietude, boundless emptiness, and detachment are called Brahmā; the Buddha possesses this virtue and hence is designated with the name Brahmā. Having awakened oneself, in order to make others awake, rolling this forth and conferring it on them, it is therefore called the Brahmā-wheel.'
