論「是故唯應至可應正理」，論主斷取餘師義也。此師說：十二行相所有教法，三周說法，名為三轉。准《正理論》，是餘師義。《正理論》云「有說：此教名為法輪，轉至他身令解義故。此但方便非真法輪，如餘雜染，無勝能故。」

The treatise says: 'Therefore one should only, up to: accords with proper reasoning'—the author of the treatise decides in favor of another master's doctrine. This master says: all the teachings of the twelve aspects, being taught in three rounds, are called the three turnings. According to the Nyāyānusāra, this is the doctrine of another master. The Nyāyānusāra states: 'Some say: this teaching is named the dharmacakra because it turns to another person's body and causes them to understand the meaning. This is merely an expedient and not the true dharmacakra, because, like other defilements, it lacks superior capability.'
