論「由此法門至令解義故」，答也。轉自相續十二行法，往他相續令解義故，名之為轉。

On the passage of the treatise from “Through this Dharma-method ... up to ‘because it causes them to understand the meaning’”: this is the reply. It is called “turning” because the teaching of the twelve aspects is transferred from one’s own mental continuum into another’s mental continuum, causing them to understand the meaning.
