24.50

論「然諸三種至無雜亂失」，此中般中，速是纔生中有，非速是次，經久是後。生般中，初生即般是速，有行是次，無行是後。上流三，全超是速，半超是次，遍沒是遲。

On the treatise passage, "Yet all these three kinds... without the fault of confusion": Here, among those who attain parinirvāṇa in the intermediate state: swift means as soon as intermediate existence arises; non-swift is the next; after a long time is the last. Among those who attain parinirvāṇa upon rebirth: attaining parinirvāṇa immediately upon birth is swift; with effort is the next; without effort is the last. Among the three upstream practitioners: complete traverser is swift; intermediate traverser is the next; passing away everywhere is slow.
