論「謂苦聖諦至能永超故出」，下有四番釋十六行相。此第一番釋，如文可了。
The Śāstra states: "That is, the noble truth of suffering... because it can transcend forever, it is escape": below are four explanations of the sixteen aspects. This first explanation is clear from the text.
