論「惠及諸餘至唯是所行」，就有部宗釋能所行及辨寬狹。如文可知。
The Śāstra states: "Discernment and all other [factors]... are exclusively that which is traversed": based on the Sarvāstivādin school, this explains what can traverse and what is traversed, and differentiates their broader and narrower scope. It is comprehensible from the text.
