「論曰至餘即不然」，明於法、類、道、世俗中離出他心，非苦、集、滅及盡、無生。

Regarding 'The commentary says ... the remainder are not so': this explains that among dharma-knowledge, inductive knowledge, path-knowledge, and conventional knowledge, the knowledge of others' minds (paracittajñāna) is distinguished separately; it does not pertain to the knowledges of suffering, arising, cessation, exhaustion, or non-arising.
