26.54

論「他心智中至十六所攝」，明他心智行相。無漏他心如道智說，有漏他心如心、心所法自相境故，行相亦爾，非十六行相所攝。

On the Śāstra's statement: "Within knowledge of another's mind […] is not included among the sixteen": this explains the cognitive modes of the knowledge of another's mind. Untainted knowledge of another's mind is as stated for the knowledge of the path; tainted knowledge of another's mind, because its object is the individual characteristics of mind and mental factors, has cognitive modes that are likewise [of individual characteristics] and are not included among the sixteen cognitive modes.
