26.9

論「如是所說至竝惠性攝」，此明有漏及無漏惠於一切處皆得名惠，以此皆能簡擇法故。

Regarding the verse-text, 'What has thus been stated ... all are subsumed under the nature of discernment (prajñā)': this explains that both contaminated and uncontaminated discernment are everywhere called discernment, because they are all able to select among phenomena (dharmapravicaya).
