論「如衣嚴具化而不成」，答也。雖生色界有屬自身化，如衣、嚴具不與根合，化而不成。准此答意，他身化定不成就，自身化中尚有不成就故。

On the Śāstra's statement: "Like clothing and ornaments, they are conjured but not possessed": This is the answer. Although one born in the form realm may conjure something belonging to their own person, like clothing or ornaments it is not united with the sense faculties; it is conjured but not possessed. According to the sense of this answer, conjurations belonging to another person are definitely not possessed, because even among conjurations on one's own person there are those that are not possessed.
