28.168

論「然契經說至喜樂所動」，述釋餘經不同也。若通欲界兼息風說，即有八災。若唯對色界定內心所，即離尋、伺、喜、樂。

On the Śāstra's phrase: "However, a sūtra says [...] agitated by joy and bliss": this recounts and explains a discrepancy in another sūtra. If spoken in general including the desire realm together with breath, then there are eight calamities. If spoken purely with respect to the mental factors within the concentrations of the form realm, then it means freedom from vitarka, vicāra, joy, and bliss.
