論「此從心生至從彼心生」，經部答也。謂從色異熟因功能種子而生。

The Śāstra says: "This arises from mind... [arises from that mind]," which is the Sautrāntika answer. It means that it arises from the seeds of capability that are the causes of the vipāka of form.
