論「雖加行時至加行立名」，明加行時觀根本作非想非非想解，不從加行為名，說根本想昧劣為名。

The Śāstra says: "Although at the time of preliminary application... [named from the preliminary application]," which clarifies that at the time of preliminary application one contemplates the fundamental [attainment] with the understanding of neither-perception-nor-non-perception, but it is not named from the preliminary application; it is named from the dim and weak perception of the fundamental state.
