28.86

「論曰至無無漏故」，總釋八地。前七具三；有頂唯二，無無漏也。

The commentary says: "...because there is no anāsrava [state]," which provides an overall explanation of the eight stages. The first seven possess all three; the summit of existence possesses only two, lacking the anāsrava [type].
