論「如是所說八等至中」，已下第二明具支多少。文中有二：一明四五支、二明染無支。明有支中有二：一明四定支有多少、二明支體。此兩行頌，第一明靜慮支多少也。

The Śāstra says: "Among the eight meditative attainments so explained..." Below is the second part, explaining the number of limbs possessed. In this text there are two parts: 1. explaining the four and five limbs; 2. explaining that defilement lacks limbs. Under explaining the possession of limbs there are two parts: 1. explaining how many limbs the four concentrations possess; 2. explaining the substance of the limbs. These two lines of verse are the first, explaining how many limbs the dhyānas possess.
