論「若言此施設至故唯託蘊」，論主進退出過也。若言依蘊，假義自成。若言依補特伽羅，即違前立依於蘊也。

On the Śāstra's statement: "If it is said that this designation […] therefore it only relies on the aggregates": The author presents the faults from both angles. If you say it depends on the aggregates, the meaning of nominal existence is established of itself. If you say it depends on the pudgala, it contradicts the previous establishment of relying on the aggregates.
