論「彼部所誦至此有實體」，論主引犢子部所誦經。離蘊外無我實體，如文可解。

The treatise says: "What is recited in that school... this has substantial reality." The author of the treatise cites a sūtra recited by the Vātsīputrīyas. Apart from the aggregates, there is no substantial reality to a self; this can be understood as written.
