29.18

論「願欲令彼至相應起故」，答也。此中有三：一善願故非倒、二意樂故非倒、三勝解故非倒。

The Śāstra states: "Because they aspire that they... up to: arise in association with." This is the answer. There are three points here: first, they are not distortions because they are wholesome aspirations; second, they are not distortions because of their intention; third, they are not distortions because of resolved determination (adhimokṣa).
