論「彼謂此說至我部不誦故」，論主述彼意也。我部不誦，證非佛言，所以非量。
The treatise says: "They think that this teaching... because our school does not recite it." The author of the treatise explains their intention: "That our school does not recite it proves that it is not the Buddha's word, and that is why it is not authoritative."
