29.200

論「我等不言至頓遍知故」，論主通難也。經言佛有一切智者，但約相續有堪能，非於一念頓遍知也。

The treatise says: "We do not say... because it knows all at once." The author of the treatise resolves the objection. When the sūtra states that the Buddha has omniscience, it is spoken solely with reference to the continuum having the capacity, not that it knows everything simultaneously in a single thought-moment.
