29.26

論「或有欲令至皆無量攝」，又述異說。此師意說：定、不定地、根本、加行，以皆緣無量有情，授與饒益、除去衰損、慶慰得捨、忘懷平等故。

The Śāstra states: "Or some would have it that... up to: all are subsumed under the immeasurables." This again relates a divergent view. This master's intention is: whether in meditative or non-meditative levels, fundamental or preparatory, because all take immeasurable sentient beings as their object, bestowing benefit, removing decline, rejoicing in attainment, and abandoning partiality in impartiality.
