29.76

論「餘解脫等至未曾習故」，述餘七解脫通二得也。言等者，等八勝處及十遍處。有曾習者是離染得，新習得者是加行得。

The treatise says, "The remaining vimokṣas and so forth ... because they were not previously practiced," which states that the remaining seven vimokṣas are accessible through both attainments. The word "and so forth" encompasses the eight abhibhvāyatanas and the ten kṛtsnāyatanas. Those that were previously practiced are attained through detachment; those that are newly practiced are attained through application (prayoga).
