29.82

論「三法爾力至皆增盛故」，述法爾力。劫將壞時，有情法爾皆生上界。欲生上界，法爾善根增勝，得上地定斷下煩惱。

The treatise says, "Third, through the power of nature (dharmatā) ... because all are augmented," which explains the power of nature. When an eon is about to be destroyed, sentient beings by nature all take birth in the higher realms. Desiring to take birth in the higher realms, their wholesome roots are augmented by nature, and they attain the absorptions of the higher stages and sever lower defilements.
