論「今應思擇」，下有三行頌第四明隨成就一根定成根多少也。於中，有定成三、四、五、七、八、十一、十三，無定成一、二、六、九、十、十二、十四。

The treatise says: "Now it should be considered:" Below are three stanzas, the fourth [section], clarifying how many faculties are definitely possessed in accordance with the possession of a single faculty. Among them, there are those definitely possessing three, four, five, seven, eight, eleven, or thirteen; and there are none definitely possessing one, two, six, nine, ten, twelve, or fourteen.
