論「念無行故但應令起」，彼師答也。念是心法，不可令行，故我應令此念起也。
On the Śāstra's: "Because mindfulness does not move, it should only make it arise": That master replies. Mindfulness is a mental phenomenon and cannot be made to move; therefore, the self should make this mindfulness arise.
