論「若爾如何」，論主徵外人也。我與覺行為其所依，不如器持果、壁持畫。汝說覺、行依我如何？

On the Śāstra's statement: "If so, how is it?": The author of the treatise presses the opponent. The self serves as the basis for cognition and dispositions not as a vessel holds fruit or a wall holds a painting; how then do you say cognition and dispositions rely on the self?
