論「謂內六處至說為彼依」，論主答也。即於內六處隨其所起苦、樂之時，說為所起苦樂之依。

On the Śāstra's statement, "Namely, the six internal āyatanas... are said to be their basis": the author of the Śāstra answers. Namely, at the time when pleasure and pain arise in the six internal āyatanas according to their occurrence, they are said to be the basis of the pleasure and pain that have arisen.
