論「此中應說至決定俱生」，上來五頌辨大地法等。自下有四頌，大文第二辨心、心所決定俱生。於中有二：初三頌辨欲界俱生、後一頌明上界俱生。此三頌釋欲界俱生。

[Regarding the phrase of] the treatise, "Here it should be stated... definitely arise together," the five verses above distinguished the ground-extending phenomena and so forth. From here down are four verses, constituting the second major section, distinguishing the definite co-arising of mind and mental factors. Herein there are two parts: the first three verses distinguish co-arising in the desire realm; the latter one verse clarifies co-arising in the higher realms. These three verses explain co-arising in the desire realm.
