論「已說心心所至何者是耶」，自下大文第二，有十四頌明非色非心不相應行。初一頌列不相應總別名，後十三頌一一牒釋。此文初也。

Regarding the commentary statement, "Mind and mental factors have already been explained... what are they?": from here down is the second major section of text, consisting of fourteen verses explaining the conditioning forces disassociated from form and mind. The first verse lists the general and specific names of the disassociated [formations], and the subsequent thirteen verses iterate and explain them one by one. This text is the first [part].
