論「謂一切法至此中不說」，第二開章門也。雖標五法，唯釋四章，無為不生此中不說。

On the Śāstra's statement: 'Namely, among all phenomena up to are not mentioned here,' this is the second part, opening the section headings. Although five classes of phenomena are listed, only four sections are explained; unconditioned phenomena do not arise, and so are not mentioned here.
