論「若爾至受生有情」，外人難也。若謂上所說是俱非害，何故契經唯說非想處受生有情？
The treatise says: "If so, up to: sentient beings born in the sphere of neither-perception-nor-non-perception." An opponent raises an objection. If you claim that what was described above cannot be harmed by either, why does the sūtra speak only of sentient beings born in the sphere of neither-perception-nor-non-perception?
